Return Policy

Returns:
We accept if the item is new, unused and undamaged condition. If you would like to exchange a mug, please send the item back with a check for $9 to cover return shipping to you. If you have any issues with your order please give us a call.  We cover the mug through normal use.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as 'delivered' when the package reaches your local post office. These packages are typically delivered the next business day or can be picked up from your local post office.
