Purchases
Clay in Motion, Inc accepts orders by mail, phone and online. We also invite you to visit our studio in Milton-Freewater, Oregon to make purchases in person.

Payments
We accept payment by cash, check or credit cards.
Online payments are processed through PayPal. You do not have to open a PayPal account to make payment through PayPal.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be redeemed for merchandise in the Art in Motion gallery and Clay in Motion pottery studio. No cash back allowed on gift certificate purchases. Gift certificates expire one year from issue date.
At this time, we do not redeem gift certificates online. Redemption is available in person or by mail only.

Returns
Clay in Motion, Inc allows returns for merchandise accompanied by a receipt. We will issue store credit to customers who cannot provide a receipt.
Items purchased online will receive their money back, minus shipping costs and processing fees. Contact Clay in Motion, Inc at (541)938-3316 BEFORE sending products back for a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Goods
We guarantee our pottery and will replace it if the product is defective under normal use. Products damaged in shipping will be replaced. Contact us at (541)938-3316 BEFORE attempting to return products for any reason.

Your information is secure with Clay in Motion, Inc. We do not sell or distribute customer information. No tracking cookies are used on this site.
